Your End Of Lease Options
1. Turn in your current vehicle and purchase or lease a new Lexus.
Upon the end of your lease you have the option to return your current vehicle or purchase or lease a new. Check out our new vehicle lineup here.
2. Return your vehicle to Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett.
If you're not interested in another Lexus, that's ok. We understand and we'll be here any time you need us. Until then, you simply need to return your vehicle by lease end.
3. Purchase the vehicle you're currently leasing.

Early Lease Return
There may be a couple of reasons you decide to return your vehicle early. Here is what you need to know about your lease obligations if you do.
1. Military Members and Family
Servicemembers' Civil Relief Act (SCRA): Some service members may be eligible to terminate their lease agreement prior to the scheduled maturity date without early lease termination charges. You must contact LFS at 800-874-7050 to determine your eligibility.
Gold Star Military Program: Eligible service members who have suffered death, catastrophic illness or injury may be eligible for early termination. We want to do our best to help you in times of tragedy or suffering. In order to determine eligibility contact 800-874-7050.
2. Deceased Customer
Transfer of Lease: If you have someone who may be interested and able in assuming control of the lease contract and obligations to the lease agreement, please contact 800-874-7050 to learn more about the criteria and options surrounding the transfer or lease.
Probate Lease Cancellation: In the unfortunate death of all parties on the lease contract, there may be eligibility for early termination and forgiveness of any remaining lease payments. You need to contact LFS at 800-874-7050 to determine eligibility.Â
3. Returning 31 days or more prior to maturity date
TFS will calculate your early return balance. Where applicable, TFS will use the lowest calculation of this balance based on your lease agreement.
You will get a Lease End Invoice 60-120 days after return as calculation of your balance may be determined after the vehicle sold at auction.

What is my mileage allowance?
If you're curious about your mileage allowance, the easiest way to find it is by looking at your lease agreement.
If you can't find your lease agreement, contact us and we'll gladly help you with any questions you may have.
What happens if I go over my mileage allowance?
It's ok. This happens sometimes. If you go over the mileage allowance, you may be responsible for paying for the overage amount.
We recommended looking at your lease agreement to find details on any potential charges.
Wear and Use
What is considered excess wear and use?

What if I purchased Excess Wear & Use Protection?
If you purchased Excess Wear & Use Protection, you should be in great shape to avoid most charges. and here's what you're covered for:
- Each eligible event valued at $2,000 or less
- Each eligible missing part or equipment valued at $250 or less
- Up to $7,500 in excess wear and use charges
If you didn't purchase Excess Wear & Use Protection, we'll still be here to help. Our biggest recommendation would be to call and schedule a complimentary inspection and appointment with AutoVIN. That way you can fix any damage and there won't be surprises at lease-end.
