2019 LEXUS LX 570 VS. 2019 RANGE ROVER HSE
Two top contenders in the luxury SUV space, Lexus and Range Rover, are keeping buyers satisfied with the release of the 2019 Lexus LX 570 and the 2019 Land Rover Range Rover HSE. These models have the power, performance, and luxury features you would expect to find from brands like Lexus and Land Rover. How do you know which one comes out on top? See how they stack up against each other.

Safety
The Lexus LX 570 comes with height-adjustable middle safety belts to accommodate any size passenger and keep you safe in the event of an accident. It also helps provide for more comfort on the road. While the Range Rover HSE also offers height-adjustable seatbelts for drivers, it does not for middle seat occupants.
For added protection against whiplash, the 2019 LX 570 has active headrests as standard features. These move the head forward when a rear-end collision occurs to help reduce the risk of neck and spinal injuries. The HSE does not come with a whiplash system.
In both models, you can expect to find standard driver and passenger front air bags, side-impact head air bags, front side-impact air bags, and front and rear seatbelt pre-tensioners to reduce injuries when an accident occurs. Additionally, both vehicles have electronic stability control, crash mitigation, rearview cameras, daytime running lights, and lane departure warning systems.

Warranty
Lexus provides buyers with an edge over Range Rover by offering a six-year, 70,000-mile warranty that covers any powertrain problems, while the Range Rover only offers a four-year, 50,000-mile warranty on the HSE. Lexus also has many more service sites throughout the country, making it easier for drivers to take advantage of this warranty if an issue occurs.

Performance
When it comes to power, both vehicles deliver on what you would expect from cars like Lexus and Range Rover. The 2019 LX 570 comes with a 5.7-liter, dual overhead camshaft, V-8 engine that produces 383 horsepower and 403 foot pounds of torque. This makes it slightly more powerful than the HSE's engine, which is a supercharged V-6 that outputs 340 horsepower and 332 foot-pounds of torque.
You will gain better traction from the Lexus LX 570's standard 20-inch wheels than the HSE's 19-inch wheels. They also boast a lower 50-series profile and a stiffer sidewall, which allows them to grip the road better. The Lexus comes with a full-size spare that allows you to complete your trip uninterrupted. A full-size spare is available on the Range Rover but for an added cost.

Luxury & Convenience
The 2019 LX 570's instrument panel provides more information on the state of your vehicle than that of the Land Rover Range Rover HSE. It also comes standard with adaptive headlights that can illuminate around corners, providing you with the visibility you need when driving on a dark road.
When it comes to overall performance, safety, and convenience, it's easy to see why the 2019 Lexus LX 570 comes out on top. To check out the new LX 570 for yourself, stop by Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett for a test drive today.
